Update #1 Concept design

Hey there Lou Ann, First of all i'd like to apologize because I had a video prepared for you to show you the drawing process of this model. But when i pressed the save button on my computer, it instead decided to completely delete it :( destroying hours of work.
So anyways I finished the first design for you. I basically took the cabinets on the first picture and the walls from the 2nd picture, and then i thought i'd include a little storage area above the TV so you can put your electronics and your media, etc. plus a little lighted floating shelf on top. Please let me know what you think, or what you would like changed.

Update #2 update 2

Hello Lou Ann, just updating you on the project. I normally wait before I get some feedback after the initial design.
But I decided to keep going, I added the moldings and changed the shelves a little bit. I kept the lights on top. Please let me know what you think, so far.
I wanted to show you a little bit of color choices, and decided to show you some of the raw cabinets. Maybe you have a color that you would like to see, or a color combination. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Edgar

  • Hey there Lou Ann, thank you for being patient, but i've been working hard on your project. Let me show you what i did. So I basically drew the middle cabinets over and over, hopefully you will like one of them. If not please let me know what did you not like, or what else you would like to see.

Best Regards.
Edgar My wife loved this one for some reason :)

Update #4 Update 4

Hey there Lou Ann, just sending you the updated pictures of your model. Please let me know your thoughts.
I basically lowered the top part and made it as tall as the lowest point on the wall like you suggested, I also put moldings on each side of the tv. and changed the cabinet moldings a little bit.

  • Hello Lou Ann just wanted to share what i've been working on, I had a few ideas and experimented with a few shapes, let me know if you liked anything from them.

I will show you what you were wanting to see next :) following the same shape of your roof

Update #7 Update 6

Hello Lou Ann, just wanted to show you what i've been working on. Please let me know your thoughts.
I wanted to use the mantel surface and extend it. I actually like f1 the best I think it goes well with the overall shape of your living room. I've been looking to complement that same shape and enhance it, thats what i've been trying to do with some of the past tries. Instead of trying to hide or ignore the slanted ceiling, and I think I finally got the concept I was looking for. Let me know if you like it at all or if you would like to work out details.

Thanks

Cabinets That Will Go On Both Sides Of My Fireplac…

Lux Furniture in New Mexico being made for Lou Ann P. byLux Furniture
Lou Ann P. submitted:

“I would like shelves that will frame both sides of my livingroom fireplace. I have my flat screen t.v. placed on top of my fireplace and I would like shelves with enclosed cabinets at the bottom to place the media components. I am not sure if I would like the cabinets in wood or white. I have added a photo of my livingroom fireplace and would like the shelving to go on both sides of it. ”
