These are made from western maple with walnut and quilted maple accents and inlay. The finish is food safe mineral oil which can be renewed occasionally; I prefer to let the wood age naturally and apply oil only when I wish to bring back the luster.
The top board is 10.5" by 20" by 3/4" thick
The middle board is 11" by 20.5" by 7/8"
The bottom board is 10.5" by 20" 2/4" thick
