He delivered the bench on time . I just wish that the legs were leveled . I brought up the issue when he delivered it but he told me that my floor was not even . I moved the bench in different rooms and it still wobbles. Otherwise I like the bench and it looks very sturdy .

Working with Charlie was painless. He understood the "feel" I was going for right away. He did a great job of working with me on the design iterations and produced a really nice final product.
