I love to hand carve and tool leather. I especially love book covers given their simplicity of construction and quantity of surface area for tooling which allows me to focus on design rather than construction.

However, the hand tooling takes time and adds expense. For those who would like an elegant leather cover for their big book but are not on a budget that allows for a more labor intensive cover, I provide a range of very attractive designer leather covers at more affordable prices.

All covers are of genuine leather materials. The leathers available varies depending on what leathers I have available to me at the time. Contact me and I'll send you a selection from which you can chose. These covers are all hand made as I still hand stich or lace them, but no other customization or carving is possible on the finished hides.

All sizes of big book, and single or double book constructions are possible. For a bit more, I can even customize inner pocket panels with carved name / date panels.
