I made this when we were in the custom picture framing business. Actually, I made two more that are larger. This one handles small frame corner samples very well, but the larger versions will handle most 6" samples. This could also be designed with shelves.

Small unit: base approx. 24" diameter. Large unit: base approx. 32" diameter. Either unit's height can be specified - the sample is about 7' tall overall.
