Display Cases
CustomMade by William Doub
This is one of my seminal art nouveau designs, which was built for an art glass gallery in Portsmouth, New Hampshire in the 1970s. It was built with black walnut and oak wood, providing an interesting contrast, which seemed to inspire other clients. Over the years, many people saw this case in the
… gallery and sought to have adaptations of this design for various residential and commercial projects.
You may see more pictures of this and other art nouveau, traditional and contemporary style book and object cases on my website.

Library Ladder in the Style of Napoleon III

Ever since you squeezed the Book Steps through the passage in a non-Euclidean post-physics miracle, I have been exuberantly playing with it. Its functionality is obvious but its aesthetic presence is overwhelming. Guests immediately are drawn to it and are transformed by it. Thank you so very, very much……….. Please keep in touch.
