-The tanning process removes stretch

-CAN GET WET! (the leather will darken and soften)

-Will let some color when wet

WHY 1 1/2 INCHES WIDE?
Besides looking nice, the wider leather is better proportioned to larger necks. Control is easier, the collar does not cut in as much (less likely to damage windpipes), and it is more difficult for wrestling dogs to get their teeth under.

-Dogs can still choke…it is the owner's responsibility to properly fit collars and supervise their pets
