This four string dulcimer is made with a walnut back and sound board. Cherry sides were added for a bit of contrast. The fretboard is walnut with ebony position marks at 3, 5, 7, and 10. I also used ebony for the nut and bridge. The peghead has been carved to resemble the neck and head of a dragon, also made of walnut with geared tuners. It includes the 6 1/2 and 13 1/2 frets.
