This extension dining table is a pleasure to use and to behold. The operation of the leaves is based on Tage Frid's 'dutch pull-out design' meaning the leaves at each end simply slide out and upward to expand the table to full length. To return to standard length, just lift the main top slightly and push the leaves back in. No need to find a place to store the leaves. The two versions in the photos are cherry with paduak and maple detailing.
