Jay was a "true" professional. The quality of his workmanship was "outstanding". He asked all the "right" questions upfront to make sure I knew what I wanted him to custom build for me. I was very concerned about the shipping but Jay prepared the shipping container so well protected that that the piece was perfect when it arrived. Jay gets "5-stars" from this "very happy" customer.
