Once this hat form was made I covered it with a beautiful velvet fabric. The hat is detailed with … rooster feathers and metallic copper veiling. I placed a vintage Schiaparelli ear ring as the center piece of this hat. The making of these little hats require many hours of hand sewn details. This hat fits most and comes with an elastic string which would be hidden under the hair and pinned in to hold the hat in place.
