Walnut And Steel Folding Dining Table
This table was made for a family living in a small apartment. The design saves valuable space when a full size dining table is not needed. The table seats 3 when folded, and seats 7 when extended. The sections are hinged, and can easily be folded and unfolded by one person. The top is made of book-matched salvaged claro walnut. The U-shaped leg is blackened steel tubing.
This table was chosen as the October 2013 Editor's Choice in Custom Woodworking Magazine.
