The top of the "Fretted" writing table is Bamboo edged in Brazilian Rosewood with copper inlays that feature a textured patina. The body is Honduran Mahogany.

Designed and built for a musician/songwriters home studio for his use while not on tour. The legs were rough milled from a … single large block of Honduran Mahogany. The two vertical inlays of Ebony on the drawer front represent the frets on his guitar. The single wide drawer is hand cut dovetailed maple.

The top is finished with lacquer while the body received multiple coats of Tung oil.
