"Birds Eye Maple and Cherry with breadboard ends on the top. Dovetail drawers on one side, adjustable shelving on the other side. When the client first approached me, she was a previous client, She said she would like a cabinet to set her new TV on. She mentioned maybe Birds Eye Maple and Cherry. My thinking is Birds Eye Maple boards do not look good glued together. Too busy. So I highlighted each Birds Eye board by framing it in Cherry. This piece is finished in a natural Lacquer finish. The Cherry will darken and the contrasting colors will be accentuated. "
