"East Indian Rose Wood Call for pricing Custom design and woods available The legs of this pulpit are constructed using forms, bending plywood and East Indian Rose wood veneer. There is a subtle inlay consisting of ebony. Inside both legs there are wiring runs for the pulpit microphone. The upper portion of the pulpit is made from Baltic Birch plywood and East Indian Rose Wood veneer. The surface of the upper portion has a leather surface for placing the Bible on as well as a well for a drinking glass. The upper portion is rabbit and biscuit joinery reinforced with screws. The legs are joined to the upper portion using loose mortise and tenons along with long lag screws. Old style craftsmanship and workmanship went into making sure that everything fit beautifully. The entire piece is finished with hand rubbed oil/urethane."
