We chose the Butternut for this particular door because the rich chocolate brown color of the natural wood best matched the siding on the house.

Fairly simple installation, just like any pre-hung door you would buy. A handy "do it your-selfer" or a good carpenter, could install something like this without any trouble. I can supply trim made of the same wood if desired.
