Carved entry door,Bald Eagle in forest on Black Walnut. , This is a 6' wide, carved entry door made of Black Walnut. The home that it resides on is nestled in a forest of tall Northern Minnesota Norway Pines and I was trying to capture that feel with this door. Bald Eagles are prevalent in that area so I added that as a small detail. The carving is extensive as it had to be on both sides of the glass as well as on all 3 door unit sections. This made for six total separate carved panels. It ended up being a beautiful eye catching entry door set off by the rich color of the natural Black Walnut wood.
