Curly Cherry Vase Trio

This elegant trio was turned from highly figured cherry wood. A fallen 4 foot diameter Cherry tree stump was left for firewood until I discovered it and gave it a new life. The yellow area is sapwood and the brown area is what was left of the heartwood. The three pieces are available individually or as a set of 2 or 3. Each piece was finished with 5 coats of Tung Oil and polished to a glossy finish.

#186 is 12" Tall x 7" Diameter,
#174 is 9 1/2" Tall x 5 3/4" Diameter
