Cherry Burl Natural Edge Vase

This rare and beautiful burl was turned with a natural bark edge. The grain orientation highlights the burl rays and range of color. As this piece aged the burl rays shrunk to form a wonderful natural textured surface finish. Finished with 5 coats of Tung oil and polished.
