Watchmaker's Desk, I didn’t even know that watchmakers had their own special desks until I was asked to make this one. But I loved learning about them, and working with the client to get it just right. Lots of small drawers for all the tools, a tall work surface so the watches are closer to the eyes, a ledge around the outside edge so that no microscopic watch parts accidentally roll off, and a little cove along the front for the same reason.

<p>I was pleased to add some of my own touches as well, like the Asian inspired twin bases with exposed double wedged tenons on each foot, as well as the solid maple drawer runners which are exposed out the front.</p>

<p>The desk is made entirely of solid mahogany with maple pulls and drawer runners. This design could easily be adapted to a regular office desk, as priced below.</p>
