Pedestal trestle table, My client wanted to be able to sit 10 easily without having to add leaves, with the option of sitting 12. We decided to go with a 48” width so two could be seated at each end for the 12 seating option. I found a great pair of book matched claro walnut boards with incredible figure. The finished top, using only two boards measures 48 inches wide by 10 feet long! This could also make a fantastic conference table. The base is made of heavy stock black walnut entirely processed at my shop. The columns are 8 inches in diameter and the feet are from 10 inch wide by 4 inch thick stock. The finish is aged shellac and varnish. The Queen Anne rush set chairs and secretary desk in the background we also built by my shop. Please contact me or visit my website for more information.
