\"The aprons and legs on this pair of Mahogany Curly Maple Demilune tables are made by laminating (13 layers for the apron, 17 layers for the legs) 1/16\"\" thick veneers in a form, and then shaping them with both hand and power tools to fit each other. The fan pattern top is made by alternating book matched re-sawn Curly Maple veneers. The finish on these naturaly colored tables is hand rubbed lacquer over shellac.\"
