By their nature sycamore leaves are quite large and difficult to incorporate into a mandala design. On this piece, I chose to carve sycamore motifs but use only part of the leaves making them the outside border. This organic outer area works well. (Sculptures show below main image are also 23" in diameter, contact us for specific details.)
