Custom Closet Interior
"The material used to build this closet was highly figured anigre veneer and solid wood.† The closet was designed by an architectural firm and executed by Hudson River Woodworks.† In order to achieve consistency throughout the entire project, we visited three different suppliers of this exotic material and brought in solid wood to match the veneer panels.† The solid wood that was used on this project consisted of all the edge detailing, crown molding, base molding and corner beads.† A dye was used on the wood to achieve a high contrast in the grain curl in the wood.† Beveled mirrors in the closet were mounted to the doors and trimmed with solid anigre detailing.† The back of the doors were also veneered with the anigre for consistency."
