Custom Traditional Pedestal Extension Table
This elegant dinning room extension table is 60" in diameter, which opens to 100" with (2) 20" leaves.
The urn shaped column and Ogee shaped foot are solid. These pieces were rough shaped before glue up, then hand shaped and sanded to their final shape.
The center top is a star burst veneers using quartered & figured anigree, with a short grained mahogany boarder, separated with a 1/8" wide ebony circle inlay.
The multi stepped toned finish used shows as a well aged furniture.
The top has a hand polished, high gloss urethane finish.
