Custom Traditional Tuscany Kitchen

This custom kitchen was designed with a touch of Tuscany. The oversized fireplace is the niche for the commercial range which has custom cabinets to hold all that goes with cooking at the range, including custom spice racks nested into the sides. The range is framed within posts and corbels that support an arched beam that supports a plastered range hood cover.
The kitchen works around two large cherry islands that have a natural antique toned finish, that compliments the glazed painted finish on the wall cabinets. The islands have storage such as large drawers by the range, pullouts for trays and a convenient and decorative place to display cook books, between the turned island legs.
The counters are granite, and the secondary 700 series subzero refrigerator (right of range) disappears behind the cabinet doors.
