My largest, most time-intensive single piece to date, this free-standing unit uses mostly solid construction to allow the heavily carved and sculpted curves used throughout. This buffet was actually built from only 2 pieces of phenomenal mahogany lumber. The lower doors and drawer fronts are veneered bent panels, and the bronze door/drawer pulls were hand cast exclusively for this piece. Much of the carving was aided by my own designed and built carving machine.
