Walnut Rocker with Bocote backrestsThis is a Walnut Rocker with Bocote backrests. Bocote comes from Mexico and has a nice blend of light and dark browns that go well with Walnut. I like to feature exotic woods in the backrests as they seem to stand alone well there. The backrests are bent laminated to achieve the lumbar support which is a hallmark of the Lindau Rocker. The asymmetrical headrest grew out of an ever changing headrest design. The headrest is a part of the chair that lends itself to sculpting and shaping. Because of the various combinations of woods used and the unique shaping of the headrests and arms, each chair is a one of a kind. Customers often visit my website and choose from the different woods and design elements to put together a chair that suits their decor best.
I make one of kind pieces of high end furniture. Orders can be generated by sketches or pictures. The main item that I make is a sculpted rocking chair. Area Served: I have shipped my rocking chairs to most of the states in the US and some overseas. ![]() HOME |
