The two pedestals of this table move apart when it is expanded to provide great stability when the leaves are in. The bases are made of solid and laminated walnut joined with mortise and tenon joints. The base has Bubinga highlights and the top is bubinga veneer with walnut edging. Seth Rolland designs custom sculptural furniture for homes and offices. His work has been featured in several books, numerous magazines and on HGTV’s Modern Masters.
