 Coffee TableMaterials: Mahogany, Sepele. Dimensions: 44DIA x 16H This dynamic piece uses a traditional technique of brick laying pieces of wood to create blank which can then be shaped. Usually the shaped form will then be veneered with "special" wood. I wanted to highlight the interesting pattern and grain variation that can be created with this technique and let it show. The wood used was from only two boards. All the variation comes from alternating grain and different colors within and individual board.
