Mission Rocker
Based on an original 1910 design, this mission rocker features more curves than you would normally find on a mission piece, softening the look of the chair. The curved front and back legs and updated upholstery create a chair that is stylish enough for the the most contemporary home. Available in solid oaks (shown here) and maples with a hardwood seat and back frame, featuring dowelled, glued and screwed construction for years of use. Thick high-density foam in the seat and back and extra lumbar support assures hours of comfortable rocking. Measures about 27" x 30" deep x 40" tall. Prices start at just $300 for oak. Check out the variations on my website, including the fabulous Japanese "Shoji" version.
