![]() Wine Cellar DoorDoors make a major statement about what is on the other side and are an important element in architecture. Studio artist Pat Morrow believes the surround trim is intrinsic to the design of a door as seen in the photo above. The client wanted a 'work of art' with an Asian feel for their wine cellar door. After submitting several ideas, the client's interior designer picked the final design. The primary wood is stained alder, the surround is willow which blends with the egyptian plaster walls, the panels are carved walnut and patinated metal. The construction methods of this solid wood door insure that it will not warp. Pat Morrow collaborates with clients to create furnishings as unique as they are. Solidly constructed this American studio furniture complements both traditional and contemporary décor.
