The glass sculpture "Early Snow on Mount Katadhin" captures in fused glass that brief period when the fall foliage of Maine is topped off by the first snows above treeline. Like all Glasscapes, it is illuminated day or night by a light, recessed into the back of the walnut base, which reflects off the wall behind.
