The glass triangles of the glass sculpture Scalene can be re-arranged endlessly to create a wide variety of compositions. Some see a seaside regatta, others mountains, and still others the pressure ridges of an arctic sea. Or simply abstract glass art. Like all Glasscapes, it is illuminated by a light, recessed into the back of the walnut base, which is reflected off the wall behind.
