  • Festival of Lights & Kaddish Walls Mosaics

by Dr. Kalin Oct 22nd 2012

Mark and Sally of MarSal have worked with me for almost 10 years beautifying and reconstructing an old synagogue. Of their many contributions, two stand out as examples of exquisite mosaic artistry and craftsmanship. Artists Sally Miller and Mark Erickson worked on the piece in their studio for about a year, and are installing it. The duo met Dr. David Kalin, president of Temple David, at an art show last year. Although they had no prior connection to the synagogue, they agreed to compose the mosaic as a gift. Rabbi Laser Rivkin, wh... Read More
