The Graysby fish is capable of switching it's ground color, and occasionally even changing to a banded pattern in order to blend in with it's surroundings. However, this fish platter will always be spotted - pun intended - on your table, displayed upright on your dining room sideboard, or hanging on the wall. It has been handbuilt in my porcelain clay, underglazed, bisque fired, then glazed in a glossy clear glaze and fired to 2243 degrees for durability. All my work is food safe.
Fish plates, platters and tiles

Wonderful experience working with Sandra! She helped me design a custom fish platter (oversized) and walked me through the whole process. The final product blew our minds... Way more than we ever expected! Sandra is a super talented potter, a great person to work with and her price was very reasonable given how much time she spent with this project. Again, we couldn't be happier with the platter. We plan on using her for any custom work going forward for sure. Thanks so much Sandra!

I had the pleasure of working with Sandra on a project that means a lot to me. She was very helpful in understanding what I wanted and making suggestions to how to make it a reality. Throughout the project she worked with me on everything and showed pictures of the progress. I felt very comfortable working with her and trusted her judgment. After the piece came in I was amazed on how she was able to take my dream and make it come to life. I would highly recommend and I would use her again if a similar project came up.
