Exceptional work of art! It added a wonderful dimension and beauty to our home.
The Peacock Guitar with Turquoise.
This is a hand carved guitar with turquoise accents. The front of the guitar has a carved sweeping peacock design. The back is carved with a Celtic knot.
The body is swamp ash from Mississippi. The neck and fret board are maple. The body has 6 coats of hand rubbed Cherry Danish Oil. 5 layers of high gloss poly on the body and 2 layers on neck.
The guitar is finished with Turquoise accents from the Sleeping Beauty Mine in Arizona.
For hardware I went with Seymour Duncan Premium 59 Pickups, Floyd Rose Tremolo, Floyd Rose locking nut, stainless bolts, chrome cover plate for the neck and DR Blues for the strings.
The guitar comes with a soft gig bag and is available for $950
