I was honored to be chosen to receive First Place in the Harvest Moon jewelry design challenge in 2008 at Starving Jewelry Artist website. I had been listening to a lot of Neil Young when I first noticed the challenge that was posted. So, my love of Neil Young's album Harvest Moon came to my mind as I designed this piece. I used a 30mm round yellow quartz stone which has been bezel set in sterling silver with a brass textured tree and copper bush ornamentation.
Dimensions
The pendant is 60mm x 50mm (Approx. 2-1/2" x 2") strung with double strand golden glass seed beads 18" long.
