Today I went to pick up my fish tank cabinet/stand from Al's shop, and I just could not believe how beautiful it was. Al and his son are real professionals. They always kept me updated on the progress of my project, and when I made some last minute changes after he was nearly finished, they were more than happy to make the changes requested so I could have an even better piece. He was very patient with my decision making and always available to discuss the design even after the project had started. I asked Al to wait to post pictures until after I set up my fish tank, so he can get some really nice shots of the final product, not just the cabinet. Also, best of luck to Alex in the Navy! Everyone is very proud of you. Thanks to Al and Alex for this beautiful piece! Devin

I would like to thank Al for a fantastic first custom made experience. A month ago I came to Al with an idea for a field desk/table that I have mulled over for the last year. Al was quick to discuss the project over the phone and invited me over to his wood working shop for an in depth discussion of my project. When I arrived at his workshop, his son, Alex, quickly offered hospitality in the form of a cold drink and the three of us set about discussing the project. Al was patient, insightful, and offered his wisdom on the art of woodworking relative to my project. I was sold. Before I left, we arrived at a gentleman's agreement and the project began. Three weeks later I was back at Al's shop and I was touching a master built field table constructed of African Mahogany. Al is a true craftsman, he made a beautiful butcher block for me that I will treasure for years. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs the services he offers, and I can't wait to talk to him about my next project.

Al and his son Alex were a joy to work with. I'm very pleased with the vanity piece they made for me. Al met with me to ensure his drawings were exactly what I had envisioned. He also went thru the multitude of finishes I could choose from for my piece. Al kept me in the loop during the whole process, sendign me pictures as the piece was being made. It was awesome to see the piece come to life day by day. Al's professionalism and craftmanship is unmatched to anyone's work I've seen. It's absolutely beautfiul and you can tell he takes much pride in his work. He even made some upgrades I hadn't asked for (but grateful he did them :)). I will defintely be calling Al with future woodworking projects as I know I got a fair price and a beautiful piece I can't wait to show off! I don't have a picture of the final product, but when I do, I'll post it up! Thanks again Al- are the a gem! Ressie
