We originally were contracted to convert the basement into living area. The customer's goal was to include a pool table area, card playing room, cedar clothes closet and home thearter. After completing the project I was asked if we could design and custom build this entertainment center. He needed … a low shelf for the electronic components and flanked by two cabs with open shelves on top. The cabinets and doors are maple and feature adjustable shelves. The units were built in the shop and installed in one day. Upon completion we installed the movie screen and all of the componentss. The wires (many of them) are bundled up and concealed under the low shelf. which can be removed for access.
