This "One of a kind" Horse desk made from "Forest Reclaimed" juniper, was a collaboration between ourselves and two other NM artists. The twisty juniper legs are a real standout on this piece, but it also features hand carved doors and drawer handles along w/carving on the side, front and back … panels. An Original Oil painting of wild horses, by a NM painter is a focal point on the front of the desk and hand made brass horse shoe pulls, by a NM Jeweler were used on the small drawers and inlayed into a river of turquoise (see inset). Turquoise was also inlayed into the natural cracks throughout the desk. We used a Twisty piece of juniper to go above the painting to tie in the whole piece together. A juniper desk chair also comes with this "One of a Kind" Desk (see it with our other listings or visit our website).
