Built from locally harvested wood the Illume table is an Organic structure rooted in modern design, visually contemporary yet classic in it's joinery and craftsmanship. Reducing circles with a 45* angle cut adds a great deal of dimension and interest. As the viewer approaches, the circles change from a perfect diameter into a poignant elliptical form. A maple interior is revealed beneath a walnut veneered stem, giving it a sculptural, organic posture that streams with light from top to base.
