This piece was initially designed to have a timeless, classic look. The
hand-shaped Queen Anne legs, leather writing surfaces and the mildly aged
patina of a solid cherry framework lend to a luxurious feel. The traditional look of
the drawer fronts belie the convenient, modern amenities within.
… Initially
designed as an elegant laptop workspace, it also may accommodate a standard
computer keyboard and mouse. Internal routing pathway is provided for wiring,
leading to a slide out tray that can even house a compact laser printer. A small,
full access drawer rounds out the storage offerings. Traditional frame and panel
construction is solidly mortised into the legs. A true heirloom with structure and
looks that are sure to endure for generations!

Modern Bar Stools

I recommend without hesitation Roltgen’s Woodworks. After searching every corner of Los Angeles for custom bar stools I went further afield and fortunately found Roltgen's. Jeff and his brother are craftsmen and my 2 barstools are not only gorgeous but sooo comfortable. The quality bests any bar stool I have seen thus far. Collaborating with Jeff was a pleasure, he is responsive and his ideas are incredible. I was astounded at the process of shipping my barstools across the county. They arrived quickly, in perfect condition and was very pleased with the shipping costs. I wish I lived closer to Roltgen’s; I would love to see their studio.
