Man's Valet

A simply stunning man's valet developed through the collaboration of the customer and The Plane Edge.
Each side of the valet has a single drawer but located in a different place. In lieu of drawer knobs, finger pulls were designed and formed in the carcass of the valet. Adding to the unique
… design, the sides of the cabinet are glued and strengthened with contrasting maple dowels.
The top has a unique lid that slides open with the touch of a finger to reveal storage for fine jewelry. The valet is finished with two (2) coats of a penetrating oil which brings out the color of the two (2) basic woods, walnut and maple. The interior of all surfaces are covered with luxurious blue velvet.

Custom Bookcase

Steve has done an amazing job with our custom built in cabinets. He came out for an initial visit where we discussed ideas and he measured the area. We got an initial estimate and he gave us time to think about it while he put some drawings together. I couldn't believe how talented he was with his sketches. I was excited already because I could picture exactly what it would look like just based on his drawing. His prices are so reasonable and his work is second to none. Steve has a ton of experience with woodworking, works quickly, has great communication throughout the whole process and creates an amazing piece of work! You will not be disappointed!
