Aaron and his son just left after delivering out bedroom set. We are THRILLED!! The pieces are gorgeous and extremely well made - they will last more than a lifetime. Aaron has been a pleasure to work with as we worked through details of the design, dimensions, hardware options, etc. He has always been extremely responsive to messages and has regularly kept us posted on the progress. This has been a particularly challenging year for him and his family, which led to a delay in delivery (hence the lower rating on "timeliness"), but the pieces were really worth waiting for. If we have other furniture needs, we will definitely contact Aaron.
This bedroom suite was custom designed by me from the ground up with my clients. The original inspiration for the suite was my Purple heart, Curly Maple and Cherry bed.
All of the pieces are built with some very nice solid black walnut and incredibly figured solid curly maple. The king sized bed features book matched curly maple panels. The end panels on the dresser are book matched solid curly maple as well. The secondary wood is solid poplar.
All the case pieces feature dovetailed drawers with hidden under mount ball bearing drawer slides with a nice soft-close feature. The pieces are hand finished with multiple layers of oil polyurethane to highlight the figure of the wood and provide maximum protection. The $900+ price is for one simple nightstand as a starting point. It would be very difficult to list all the different options and pricing. Exact pricing quotes will be done on an individual basis as we get all the details ironed out. I really think this is most fair for all involved. Thank you for understanding.
Dimensions: This dresser is 40" x 68" x 21" and the nightstands are 27" x 24" x 20", but any size is possible.
