The Home Owner wanted to add the addition to the back of the house and had the following goals.

First floor:
-Expand and build new kitchen,
-Extend laundry room an …d add cabinetry.
-Build new deck off kitchen with Azek PVC decking and white composite railings.

Second Floor:
- Convert and expand common bath into a master bath including custom file floors, walls and shower.
- Enlarge existing bedroom.

The project involved ripping open the back load bearin wall where most of the plumbing and electrical was run and engineering beams to support the opening.

These customers couldn't have been better to work with as there was a great deal of disruption to their home. We tried to minimize disruption as much as possible as one of them was an engineer working out of a home office.
The project went extremely well considering all of the demoliton that was needed.

We became very friendly with them and all of us felt a sense of loss when we had to wrapup and leave.
