Mr. Mitchell was the first to respond, the first to make a proposal, and his proposal was the best of several received. He was absolutely great in our communications (about design, construction, finishing, hardware, etc.) despite a somewhat awkward CustomMade website, and the box he made for my wife is just perfect and exactly what we wanted!!! All, including shipping, was at blazing speed. I can't say enough good things about this maker or his craftmanship on this project.

Great experince, reasonable price and excelent communication. He always kept me up to date, responded right away, sent me pictures, and completed everything on time. Easle is a bit too high for my 2.5 y/o daughter so i think it is always a good idea for the customer to include/review exact measurements. I definately recommend Woodplank Wishes & Sawdust Dreams and i plan to order more products from him. Great work, thanks!

The humidors were the worst I have ever seen. I only received 4 out of the 5 humidors and the delivery was 11days late. Wood Glue is seen everywhere inside the lids, it looks like a rushed job and was not sealed properly. The photos of all of the humidors open was not posted prior to shipping. No enforcing components were used to secure the overall construction of each of the humidors received. Blemishes in the wood with cracks are visible. The humidors is composed of wood glue and cut wood. I asked for unfinished exterior because I was going to finish the exterior. I got totally unfinished interior and exterior. With trays the vary in size and one actually has holes cut so be tha the cigars will fall through to the bottom. I have waited time and energy and money on this project. I did not expect this to be handled this was. I am not satisfied with this at all due to it being incomplete. I do know what the maker is going through personally and I do wish him well.
