I disigned and built this cabinet for a customer to fit in his bar room. I made the cabinet out of oak and ash. I pick ash for the top, because of the tight wood grain making a better choice for a bar top. In the top I inlayed a diamond shaped walnut burl, also in the doors. It has mission style … doors , drawers and end panels. The hardware is also mission style. The drawers are dove tailed with plus blumotion slides that offer smooth silent closing. In the middle of the cabinet is a 15 bottle wine rack that pulls out to be used a wine rack some where else. Inside the soft close doors are 2 pull out shelfs that make it easy access to the back of the cabinet.
