This was a piece commissioned by a client who wanted an elegant, understated mother's pendant. It was done in 14k yellow gold and featured a cascade of diamonds along which each of the child's birth stones lay. The birth stones included two emeralds, a peridot and an imperial Topaz. It was a hit!
