My Mother's Stacking Rings are a twist on the traditional Mother's Ring. Along with birthstones, these lovely 4mm birthstone rings carry a personal inscription for your children. Shown in a set of three rings, choose a birthstone and add a name and birth date (or any personal inscription) for two … children. A lovely hammered spacer with a unique rosette detail completes the stack, allowing the 2 stone settings to "lock together" to limit shifting of the rings.

If you have more than 2 children, you can add extra inscribed birthstone rings and also extra spacer rings. Please message me for prices to add to this stack.

SIZE/LENGTH:
The rings are made-to-order in your size – please provide a current, accurate ring size. Each band is just under 2mm thick, so together they are about ¼ inch wide on your finger. Birthstones are 4mm, as priced. If you want larger stones, please message me for availability and pricing. See list for birthstone choices by month.

CUSTOMIZABLE OPTIONS:
If you'd rather a different stone than the stone assigned to any given month on my list, please convo me about substitutions. Prices may vary based upon the stone. Each inscribed birthstone ring can be inscribed with up to 25 characters, including letters, numbers, spaces and punctuation. I can also inscribe the spacer ring for an additional $10. *Be aware* these rings cannot be resized due to the inscriptions on the ring shanks. Please give an ACCURATE/RECENT ring size!

THE MAKING OF THE PIECE:
All three ring shanks are hand forged, starting with square wire stock and other raw materials. I form, forge, solder, chase and polish until the desired result is achieved. Each tiny embellishment is created and soldered by hand, for a one-of-a-kind piece - no two turn out exactly the same! Each bezel is handmade also – no commercially prepared bezels here! I custom-make each one to fit the stones! All of my pieces are tumbled to make the silver hard, which is an important step if you plan to wear your rings every day!
